WTS like new (99/100) ASUS N56VZ laptop - i7, 8GB, 650M GT 4G in Serangoon Avenue 2, Northeast Singapore for sale

I'm selling an used ASUS N56VZ laptop with the following specs:
Chip: Intel Core i7-3610QM
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 750GB
Graphic card: 650M GT 4GB
Display: 15" FullHD 1920 x 1080
Condition is like new (you can view the pictures for reference), battery can last for ~2 hours, enough for watching a typical movie without charging. It's like new because I always use bluetooth keyboard and mouse, so laptop keyboard and touch mouse is as good as new. Laptop also sit still and never brought to anywhere. Include original subwoofer, charger.
This is a very powerful laptop, able to play latest games at high detail without lag, the screen is very bright and crisp.

Selling for S$890, I don't keep the receipt but the laptop is just over 1 year old, I don't think official warranty still there, but I'll give you 1 week of personal warranty just in case.
Windows 8.1 and a few games has been installed for checkup, but I'll deactivate Windows and delete all files when selling to you.
